Our admissions process consists of 4 steps.

  1. Register your child by filling out our registration form below.

  2. Pay the non-refundable registration fee ($75) and semester supply fee ($80) via our Online Payment method.

  3. Attend the family interview. Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, our staff will contact you to schedule a family interview. At least one parent or legal guardian, and the student(s), must be present. Younger siblings are welcome. The purpose of the interview is for the staff to get to know you and your child, understand your child’s interests, and make sure you understand the Waldorf approach and how our school works. If, within 5 days after the interview, you feel the school is not a good fit, let us know and we will refund your registration and supply fee.

  4. Pay the non-refundable once-per-lifetime curriculum fee and tuition upon the upcoming due date.

Terms & Conditions *
Prior to submitting your child’s registration, please read and agree to the following terms: TUITION PAYMENTS Tuition may be paid in full each year or in monthly installments. If tuition is being paid in installments, please note that if, for any reason, your child is unable to finish out the semester, you are still financially responsible for the full semester's tuition. We use your payment commitment to guarantee our teachers' salaries, rental contracts and liability insurance contract for the semester. Your submission of this form is acceptance of your financial commitment. Tuition Due Dates Fall Semester (13 weeks) 2019 Tuition is due by August 1, 2019 for school weeks Sept. 9 - Oct. 4. Tuition is due by October 1, 2019 for school weeks Oct. 7 - Nov. 1. Tuition is due by November 1, 2019 for school weeks Nov. 4 - Dec. 6. Tuition is due by December 1, 2019 for school week Dec. 9 - Dec. 13. (This is a pro-rated payment for one week.) Spring Semester Supply Fee due: December 1, 2019 Spring Semester (15 weeks) Tuition is due by January 1, 2020 for school weeks Jan. 13 - Feb. 7. Tuition is due by February 1, 2020 for school weeks Feb. 10 - Mar. 6. Tuition is due by March 1, 2020 for school weeks Mar. 9 - Apr. 10. (Spring Break is the week of March 16 - 20.) Tuition is due by April 1, 2020 for school weeks Apr 13 - May 1. (This is pro-rated for three weeks.) We ask for your help in paying your tuition promptly as it is embarrassing and uncomfortable for us to have to track down payments. Late payments are subject to a $25 late fee. Single class tuition is due in full at the time of registration. Tuition may be paid by current students at check-in or check-out with cash or check. Tuition may also be paid online via our website. Payment must be made before the registration process is complete. REGISTRATION FEE The once-per-school-year registration fee for all students is $75 per student. The registration fee is a non-refundable fee per school calendar year. If you are enrolling in after-school single classes only, or mid-year, you still must pay the registration fee. SUPPLY FEES The supply fees are due once per semester at the beginning of the semester. The supply fees are non-refundable and helps to cover the cost of all the supplies the students will use during the semester. Day School supply fee per student per semester: $80 supply fee After School single class supply fee per student per semester: • Theatre: $35 supply fee • STEM: $65 supply fee Please note that we are unable to hold your child's spot for the Day School classes or After School Single classes until the registration and supply fees have been paid. Thank you. Hate-Speech and Bullying Policy The Dreamers’ School has a zero-tolerance policy for hate-speech and bullying. If a student is guilty of such behavior as determined by the Director, teachers, or staff, the student will not be allowed to attend The Dreamers’ School effective immediately.

I hereby agree to be responsible for the conduct and actions of my child and to release The Dreamers’ School from any claims and demands that may occur during participation in The Dreamers’ School classes each week while on premises. Furthermore, I agree to release The Dreamers’ School and its employees and will hold them harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents or accidents involving my child and myself while on The Dreamers’ School premises, to the extent allowed by law.

Volunteer Hours *
Working together, we can build a community that is much bigger than the sum of its parts. We ask all of our families to volunteer their time for at least 2 hours each semester. Various volunteer opportunities will be announced throughout the year. Our Fall Festival, Spring Festival, and other school events are the largest volunteer opportunities. Thank you for your willingness to help make The Dreamers' School the best it can be for our children and our community.
